Tilda's Town Challenge # 16

Hi, I'm back with my second post today. Please scroll down for the La la land Friday inspiration post!

Now it's time for a new challenge over in Tilda's Town. So many amazing entries in last week's anything goes challenge, it was really hard to pick a top 5!
Today we have a new theme for you:

Back to school!

I made a timetable for my 6 year old daughter. She started school for the very first time last week, and I love seeing how happy and excited she is about it. She loves her teacher, her classroom, her new friends, her homework, everything is a big adventure!
Enough rambling...lol... here is my creation, I was very much inspired to make this by Camilla S in the last edition of Magnolia Ink:

I used Maja Design Vintage summer collection. Magnolia Doohickey's: Scalloped-Stitch-Lace and So Wrapped Swirly. I distressed the edges with Vintage photo distress ink, and I used my sewing machine around the edges of all the design papers.

I used four different Magnolia stamps.
Study Tilda and the School desk from the So heavenly Collection and
Editor TIlda from the Turning Leaves Collection and the Chair.

I masked the Editor Tilda with the Desk and the chair to make her sit behind the desk.I colored them all with Copic Markers. Copics used:
Skin: E13-11-00-000, Hair: E57-53-51, Vest: E74-71-70, books: C3-1, E3-30, Glasses: C1-00, Apple: R27-24-22-20, YG95-91, Desk: E47-44-35-33-31-30, C1-00

Here's Study Tilda. Copics used: Skin: E13-11-00-000, Hair: E57-53-51, Pants: E77-74-71-70, Vest: RV95-93-91, book: C3-1, E35-31-30, Glasses: C1-00

The letters are Thickers, and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The shabby seam binding and the clock charm is from the Live & Love crafts store.

 Some more details :)

Hope you like it! Please stop by the Tilda's Town challenge blog to see the beautiful creations of the rest of the DT and to join in for a chance to win a $15 Gift Certificate to Tilda’s Town online Magnolia store!

Copic Marker Norges Sommerkonkurranse del 3

Hi.
This is my third and final post for today. Please scroll down for the Just Magnolia and La La Land DT cards.
I made this card for the Norwegian Copic Marker blog, so I am going to post in Norwegian.

Hei.

Her er motivet.
Kurv: E57-53-51-35
Benk og Elgen: E57-44-37-35-33-31-30
Gulerøtter: YR24-14-07-00, W1, andre grønnsaker: E74-71-70
Bakken: E33-31-30, Gress: YG95-91-E31,
Bakgrunn: B0000, C1
Det tror jeg var alt:)

Her ser du strukturen på motivet litt bedre.

Noen detaljer... Jeg laget noen prikker med Liquid pearl, white opal rundt motivet.

Her er kortet inni. Stempelet er fra Kreativ Hobby. Die'en er spellbinders.

Det var det. Når er det bare å krysse fingrene!
Takk for at du stakk innom bloggen min. Jeg blir veldig glad for kommentarer.

Ønsker deg en kreativ helg!
Klem,

Midweek Magnolias #25

Happy hump day crafters!

It's Wednsday, and time for a new challenge over at the Midweek Magnolias. This week we have a color challenge for you. We want to see Magnoliacreations in

Pink, Brown and White!

Those are my favorite colors when it comes to card making, so i had lots of fun making this creation.
Very much inspired by one of my favorite card makers, Camilla (she has got a tutorial, too) I made a bottle tag with a Christmas theme!
Yes, you heard me. Pink is not the typical Christmas-color, but I'm pretty happy with the result. What do you think?

I used all summer-papers on this Christmas tag: Maja Design Vintage Summer Basic 1923 , 1903  and 1909. The circle die is from Quick Kutz, The trees and swirl are Magnolia Doohickey's. The Swirl is from the Leaf and Swirl set. The die around the image and the sentiment stamp are Spellbinders and the punch used is from Martha Stewart. The snowflake die is from Quick Kutz.

The winetag has a pocket with a tag in it. It looks like this:)  The postmark stamps are from Kort og Godt. I made some dots on the trees and the image with White opal Liquid Pearl to create a "snowy" feel.
I also used some Tim Holtz Crackle paint, Picket Fence on the trees. I used my sewing machine and Vintage photo Distress ink on the edges.

The image is Tilda Hiding Gift from the Sweet Christmas Dreams Coll. I love this supercute Tilda- she's my favourite christmas Magnolia! I colored the image with  Distress ink pads.

This sentiment stamp is from Kort og Godt. The gorgeous little charm is the Praying Angel from Bildmålarna. The pins are the Trinklet mini heart pin and the Vintage Trinklet Heart Pin from Maya Road.

On the top I stamped a Kort og Godt stamp wit Crackle paint to create some structure. The ribbon is the beautiful Ash Rose Shabby Seam Binding from the Live & Love Craft Store.

You can also see this card over at the Live & Love Crafts inspiration and challengeblog! This week we showcase Christmas creations made with summer papers!
